"A constitutional amendment to give extension to military courts has been challenged in Supreme Court on Tuesday.

"The applicant stated that members of the parliament had made violation of their oaths by casting vote in favour of the military courts.

"The applicant urged the court to suspend the membership of those who gave go head to extension of military courts."

Meanwhile, there is still nothing on the Supreme Court of Pakistan's website concerning the constitutional petition that was said the other week to have been filed by the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan. There's also nothing on the association's own website.

    The Supreme Court Bar Association's constitutional petition has finally shown up on the court's website. It is Const. P. 9/2017.
