Global Military Justice Reform doesn't do politics, but we do try to follow military justice. Which brings us to
comments recently offered by retired General (and former CIA Director)
Michael V. Hayden on the
Real Time with Bill Maher television show. Gen. Hayden commented that if
Donald J. Trump, a [the?] leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination, were elected president and ordered the torture of captives (as he has publicly said he would do), the military would not obey such an illegal order.
