ABA military justice panel

The audio recording of the military justice panel ("Military Justice: Continuity or Change?") at the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security's November 6-7, 2014 Annual Review of the Field of National Security Law is available here. The panel was moderated by retired Air Force Major General Charles J. Dunlap and included Army TJAG Lieutenant General Flora Darpino, Marine Corps Captain Lindsay Rodman, and Professors Gary D. Solis and Rachel E. VanLandingham. Thanks to Lawfare for calling attention to the link.

Editor's quibble: Not sure "continuity" and "change" is an either/or proposition. I'd have said "and" inasmuch as there are no known votes for starting from scratch.
