Professor Schlueter on "the siren songs for reform"

Prof. David A. Schlueter
Prof. David A. Schlueter has an article in volume 73 of the Air Force Law Review titled American Military Justice: Responding to the Siren Songs for Reform. He concludes (at 229) that the answer to the "frustration and anger that many feel towards the military's initial response to what appeared to be systemic problems in dealing with sexual assault cases" "does not rest in removing or reducing the commander's roles, pretrial or post-trial, or in limiting court-martial jurisdiction."
