Scott D. Sagan. Contributors include Prof.
John Fabian Witt, Brig. Gen.
Mark S. Martins, and Prof.
Antonia Chayes, among others. Especially interesting are
Strategy & Entailments: The Role of Law in the U.S. Armed Forces by
Laura Ford Savarese and Prof. Witt, and Prof. Sagan's
