Philippine Supreme Court demands a response in PMA disenrollment case

A panel of the Supreme Court of the Philippines has ordered the government to respond to a petition arising from the disenrollment of cadet first class Aldrin Jeff Cudia from the Philippine Military Academy. There is an allegation that command influence was exerted over a student member of the PMA Honor Committee. Cadet Cudia wishes to serve in the Philippine Navy.

    Its a shameful act for the Honor committe to punish a well deserving cadets for their undue advantage..
