The UK Service Justice System held its first contested trial with parties physically present in the court since the Lockdown was announced. Following extensive work led by the Judge Advocate General and Deputy Judge Advocate General, and a number of successful remote hearings, the Summary Appeal Court sat at MCC Bulford to hear an appeal on 30.06.20. Later this week the Court Martial will also sit at MCC Bulford.
