Shot case shot down

The Supreme Court of the United States yesterday denied certiorari in a case brought by 39 military chaplains over the COVID-19 mandatory vaccination program. The  U.S. Court of Appeals for the Amed Forces had ruled in 2023 that the chaplains' case was moot because the mandate had been revoked.
