Joint Service Committee public meeting

The Joint Service Committee on Military Justice will be conducting a public meeting at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces courthouse, 450 E St., N.W., Washington, DC, on November 14, 2023. Interestingly, the JSC website notes that the important non-binding Disposition Guidance found in Appendix 2.1 of the Manual for Courts-Martial has been amended as of October 25, 2023.
