Welcome aboard

Global Military Justice Reform is delighted to welcome Dr. Gwenaël Guyon as the newest Contributor. Dr. Guyon is Associate Professor in Law at St. Cyr Coëtquidan, the French Military Academy, and is affiliated with the Université de Paris Cité. He is the director of the International Military Justice Forum. Comment dit-on "welcome aboard"?
