Correction
At yesterday's NIMJ program on transparency (held at the George Washington University Law School), the Editor asserted that the Military Justice Review Panel does not have a functioning website. That was incorrect and unforgiveable. There is one, and it can be found here. By way of extenuation, a search for "Military Justice Review Panel" on the Google search engine that is employed here in the glass-enclosed newsroom high above Global Military Justice Reform Plaza does not produce the Panel's URL. Apologies to one and all.
