Discrediting the armed forces

A number of nondemocratic countries punish the crime of insulting the army, the flag, the president, or the monarch (think: Thailand's draconian lèse majesté law), sometimes even trying civilians in military courts. 

In Russia, according to this report from North.Realities (a regional news outlet of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Russian Service), civilian courts are prosecuting civilians for "discrediting the armed forces."
