Military justice in Pakistan

Someone will have to explain why it is necessary to sue simply in order to get a copy of the verdict in a court-martial . . . so you can appeal. This seems to be in the case in Pakistan. By the way, why was a military court trying a civilian gang leader in the first place? Human rights norms strongly disfavor the trial of civilians by military courts.
