Here's a new one. Apparently Barbados permits courts-martial to proceed without a judge advocate calling the legal shots. In a case that is already underway,
the prosecutor has belatedly suggested it would be a good idea to have a judge advocate presiding after all since the case involves --
shockingly -- legal issues.
