The Supreme Court of Canada will be offering a live webcast of this morning's hearing in the Beaudry and Stillman cases. Click here. The cases are set for 9:30 a.m.
One more thought, now that the hearing has concluded. To an American viewer, this demonstrates that an appellate court hearing can be televised without in any way compromising the dignity of the proceedings. The Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court should watch this webcast and see for themselves.
