The International Court of Justice will hear
India v. Pakistan (Jadhav) on February 18-21, according to
this account.
Kulbhushan Jadhav is an Indian citizen who was tried by a Pakistani field general court-martial for spying and sentenced to death, apparently without affording India consular access. The ICJ directed Pakistan not to execute him until it can decide the case.
