President
Donald J. Trump has signed an Executive Order amending the
Manual for Courts-Martial to reflect changes made by the Military Justice Act of 2016. The order is not yet on the
White House website or the
Office of the Federal Register website. The last EO was No. 13824, so unless President Trump signed some other EO first, the
Manual changes will be EO 13825. Look for it next week in the
Federal Register.
