Betty Tracy Thanks all the same.On second thought,the Ministry of Defence was allocated the most budget for the financial year 2016-2017.Meaning the'petty' issues/Ministries that actualy mould and sustain our National Economy,Health,...are left to rot,to 'evaporate',to drag,to chronicaly get diseased,to lag,to miscontend with the changing world's aspects,to deviate and cause unimaginable explosions,to cause the needle of development to waver or worse still rewind....so Mr Ongora,its actualy a big issue to some us.A jigger is far worse than having no food on your plate.Thanks
