Global Military Justice Reform uses Google's built-in (
i.e., free) "Blogger" analytics, from which we are able to tell where visitors are located. Hits over the last day from Russia outnumber hits from the United States by better than 3:1, despite the paucity of posts about Russian military justice reform. This has happened from time to time in the past as well.
Makes you wonder.
