New president at Swiss Military Court of Cassation

The Swiss Federal Assembly has elected a new president for the Military Court of Cassation. With 197 votes out of 200, the Assembly elected Paul Tschümperlin to succeed Theo Bopp, who has retired. The new president, a reserve general staff colonel, has served as secretary general of the Federal Court and as a judge of the Military Court of Cassation.
