Mexico's reformed military justice system will come into force on June 18, 2016, according to this report. Among other features, the new system recognizes the presumption of innocence at every step of the process. The new system also shifts to an adversary-type trial process. The names of Mexico's military courts and related prosecution and defense offices will be modified.
