The Military Chamber of the Supreme Court of Spain has set aside the month-and-a-day arrest imposed on a member of the Air Force for refusing to toast the king on his saint's day. Details
here, in Spanish. The accused's comment at the time:
"Tengo lealtad por España y la bandera, pero no brindo por Su Majestad."
In other words, "I am loyal to Spain and the flag, but I don't toast the king."
