The Military Court of Appeal of Singapore has dismissed a prosecution appeal of sentence in a case involving failure to turn in several hundred rounds of unexpended blank ammunition. Details
here. The government had asked the court to add detention to the adjudged sentence of a $5000 fine. The five-member court was headed by a judge of the High Court.
