Groups request IACHR thematic hearing on sexual violence in U.S. armed forces

Cornell Law School's Avon Center for Women and Justice and Global Gender Justice Clinic, the American Civil Liberties Union, Human Rights Watch, the Service Women's Action Network, and the editor, have submitted to the Organization of American States' Inter-American Commission on Human Rights a request for a thematic hearing on the lack of access to justice for survivors of sexual violence in the U.S. military.
