President Barack Obama today commuted the sentences of 46 people convicted of drug offenses. No information is available yet as to whether any of them were tried by court-martial. News reports that the affected prisoners will be released by the Bureau of Prisons suggest they are all civilian court convicts.
The U.S. Pardon Attorney Office has not yet updated its website.
