Any courts-martial on today's list of presidential commutations?

President Barack Obama today commuted the sentences of 46 people convicted of drug offenses. No information is available yet as to whether any of them were tried by court-martial. News reports that the affected prisoners will be released by the Bureau of Prisons suggest they are all civilian court convicts.

    The U.S. Pardon Attorney Office has not yet updated its website.
    The office does record one act of clemency by President Obama for a Marine convicted of Conspiracy to commit larceny and theft of military property, Articles 81 and 121, U.C.M.J, in 1989.
