US one-year follow-on response to Human Rights Council's priority recommendations

The United States has submitted a 15-page one-year response to the UN Human Rights Council's priority recommendations from last year's 4th Periodic Report on compliance with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Military justice and military commissions matters are mentioned in ¶¶ 7-8, 12, and 29-32.
