Annual report of the Code Committee on Military Justice

The latest annual report of the statutory Code Committee on Military Justice is now available here, on the website of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. The report includes a joint statement of the judges, the Judge Advocates General and the two retired regular officers who serve as public members, along with separate reports for the Court of Appeals and each of the armed forces. During the year ending September 30, 2014, the Court heard oral argument in 32 cases.
