Judge Advocate Otto During, RSLAF |
Sierra Leone Politico has been filing regular courtroom reports on the mutiny case that has been going on fitfully for months in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
The latest account describes a threat by the prosecutor to withdraw from the proceedings if he was not permitted to continue with his cross-examination of one of the 13 accused. The case is being presided over by Judge Advocate
Otto During, who had instructed the prosecutor to rephrase an open-ended question.
