The Supreme Court Bar Association will join in the legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of Pakistan challenging the legislation under which new military courts have been authorized to try civilians, according to this story in The Express Tribune. The Lahore High Court Bar Association already has a petition pending before the court, and the Pakistan Bar Council has previously indicated that it would join in the litigation.
