Korea Herald reports that a general officer will preside at the court-martial arising from the beating death of a
South Korean Army soldier. The other two members will be JAG colonels. Typically, colonels are the ranking members in South Korean courts-martial. In addition, the venue has been changed to ensure a fair trial.
