No quorum, no court

Remember the generals' trial in Gambia? This report advises that court could not be held for two days this week for lack of a quorum. The article does not explain why panel members (or how many) were missing or what was done about ensuring their attendance. The case has been adjourned until June 13.

It has been said that courts-martial have the advantage of dispensing justice promptly. Not in Gambia.
