A hard case

Fox News reports on a lawsuit that surely will be an uphill battle:
A former Navy sailor who is one of five people to receive a pardon from President Donald Trump is planning to file a lawsuit against Obama administration officials, alleging that he was subject to unequal protection of the law.
Kristian Saucier was tried in federal district court, not a court-martial. His argument -- noting the fact that former presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton was not prosecuted for alleged security breaches and that other sailors were also not prosecuted -- boils down to selective prosecution.

Good luck with that.
