Lieutenant-Colonel Jean-Marie Röthlisberger, a Neuchâtel attorney, has been named president of Switzerland's Military Court No. 1. RTN has worthwhile selections from an interview with him (en français) here. Interestingly, he will conduct his first trial at the La Chaux-de-Fonds city hall rather than on a military installation.
