This is not about military justice, but it's too good to pass up for anyone who has dealt with government reimbursement of travel claims. A German court
has ruled that the government must reimburse the full fare paid by a Bundeswehr attaché returning to the country with his family following duty in Washington -- not the €5,000-6,000 it would have cost to fly business class (as authorized by regulations), but the €3,500 he frugally paid to take the
