Deaths in Malaysian naval lockup; civilian criminal investigation

An interesting case is unfolding in the Royal Malaysian Navy. Following the death of two inmates at the navy's detention facility, civilian authorities have arrested two sailors and questioned others, including two officers. Details here and here. The navy is also investigating, but the criminal matter is in the hands of civilian authorities.
