Professor
Kevin Cole, University of San Diego School of Law, has published an interesting paper entitled,
Sex and the Single Malt Girl: How Voluntary Intoxication Affects Consent, available
here. For those military defense (defence, for my UK friends) practitioners in common-law jurisdictions, this is an interesting and intellectual read on one of the legal issues
du jour. Professor Cole is one of the leading academics in the US who has studied (and written about) this issue for a number of years, and I commend this relatively short (27-1/2 pages) article to your professional attention.
