Another call to use military courts in Pakistan

Here's yet another call to use the 21st Amendment military courts. This one grows out of the so-called 2014 Model Town Incident, described here. This was an attack by Punjab police against political party activists, leaving 14 civilians dead. In a twist, the proposal this time is to use military courts to try police officers.
