Selective military prosecution

Yet another line of attack has emerged in the continuing controversy over Pakistan's military courts. The International News reports on a case in which a transfer to the military courts is being attacked on the ground that the authorities are picking and choosing which cases should be transferred to those courts. The Sindh High Court has directed the authorities to file a response.

Selective prosecution has always been a hard argument to make, but what about selective transfer to a forum that affords fewer rights to the accused?
