Dr. Hasan's case still awaiting convening authority action

Sometimes even big cases seem to drop from the screen. Remember Major Nidal Hasan, the Army psychiatrist who was convicted of multiple murders and sentenced to death in 2013? His case has still not entered the Uniform Code of Military Justice's mandatory appellate process for capital cases because the convening authority has not yet acted, according to this account.
