Rep. Davis reintroduces bill to expand GI access to Supreme Court

San Diego U.S. Representative Susan Davis has again proposed legislation that would give individuals convicted by courts-martial the same chance for Supreme Court review as other criminal defendants enjoy. This article tells the tale. The changes urged by Rep. Davis (D.-CA) are long overdue, and merit the strong support of the administration and right-thinking legislators. Query: is this issue addressed in the report of the Military Justice Review Group, which is currently undergoing review with "the building"?
