Multi-jurisdictional issue

Fox News reports:  Canada's military has charged four members of the British Navy with sexual assault.

The Canadian Forces National Investigation Service said Friday the men were charged for their role in a "group sexual assault" in barracks in Shearwater, Nova Scotia on Thursday.

The four Royal Navy sailors have been granted bail in the alleged sex assault case which took place at 12 Wing - Shearwater, Province of Nova Scotia. they were released to custody of the Canadian military after each posted a $3,000 cash surety, agreeing not to contact the alleged victim and returning to court on May 27, 2015.
