21st Amendment cases in Pakistan

Been wondering what's up with the challenges to Pakistan's 21st Amendment and related legislation permitting military courts to try civilians? A check of the Supreme Court's online case status feature reveals that the cases are before the Chief Justice for constitution of a larger bench. E.g., Pakistan Bar Council v. Federation of Pakistan, Const. Pet. No. 9 of 2015.
