Which comes first?

Been wondering how the Irish summary disposal process interacts with the requirement for approval by the Director of Military Prosecutions? Your prayers have been answered. See Corr v. Director of Military Prosecutions, [2014] IEHC 631. In a nutshell, the consent of the DMP is not to be sought until after the commanding officer's investigation has been completed. ¶ 35.
