Uganda capital court-martial adjourned for lack of a quorum

A UPDF general court-martial has had to adjourn because two members of the panel were otherwise occupied. Details here. Excerpt:
Most members of the court panel hold more than one office in the military and they don’t appear in court sometimes due to their busy schedules. This partly explains why some cases have been in the military court for a long time.
Surely service on a capital jury should take precedence over other military duties.
