Moriarity hearing tentatively scheduled

The Supreme Court of Canada has tentatively scheduled the hearing in Second Lieutenant Moriarity, et al. v. Her Majesty the Queen, et al., No. 35755, for February 12, 2015. The constitutional questions are as follows:
1. Does para. 130(1)(a) of the National Defence Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. N-5, violate s. 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
2. If so, is the infringement a reasonable limit prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society under section 1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
