More rules, for U.S. Army judges and magistrates

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes? The U.S. Army Trial Judiciary has made it easier for practitioners, panel members, parties, and the media to understand the court-martial internal process by making available the Nov. 1, 2013 edition of the U.S. Army Trial Judiciary Standing Operating Procedures. The document addresses such issues as evaluations, CLE, public affairs and the training of counsel. It's well worth a look. Hats off to the Trial Judiciary for making it publicly available.

Also available are the Army's Standing Operating Procedures for Military Magistrates (Sept. 10, 2013).

To download either document, simply type the title into your browser.
