Ten year sentence, four days to appeal

This report describes a case in which a prison warden in the Democratic Republic of Congo was sentenced to ten years at hard labor for facilitating the escape of a prisoner who had been convicted of murder and waste of ammunition. The warden must submit his appeal within four days.
