Light court-martial caseload in Barbados

The Barbados Advocate reports that the Barbados Defence Force is conducting only its second court-martial in 16 years. Proceedings have been adjourned until May 5 in order to afford the defense an opportunity to prepare. The accused "is facing three charges, which include stealing property, escaping custody and disobedience to Standing Orders."
